Registration

The organizers of ICAVS-6 wish to provide the conferees with as many benefits as possible and retain an affordable registration fee.  We have done our best to make the package as inclusive as possible.  Included in the registration fee is:

• All lectures, presentations and posters
• Instrument Exhibition
• Opening Reception
• Breakfast and Lunch, Monday through Friday
• Transportation to and from Santa Rosa, or possibly Petaluma, for dinner when there is not a Conference dinner or reception.
• Conference Excursion.  At the present time two excursions are scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.  The first is to Armstrrong Woods (a redwood forest and park to see these giant trees) and a trip to the Korbel winery.  The second is a canoe trip down the Russian River.  This trip includes opportunities to rest on private beaches, swim, and enjoy paddling through redwood forests.  Often indiginous wildlife is encountered.  This is open to compentent swimmers only (canoes can capsize), but of course, water safety flotation vests must be worn at all times.  The cost of this excursion is USD60 to cover the cost of canoes, facilities and some refreshments.
• Conference Banquet, Thursday evening

Registration is now open and we are accepting American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.

*Student registrations are for full-time students who are pursuing a degree and are currently enrolled.

**Accompanying persons registration includes the Opening Reception, breakfast and lunches at the Doubletree Monday through Friday, transportation to Santa Rosa or possibly Petaluma if there is no Conference reception or dinner, Conference Excursion (excluding the surcharge for the Russian River Canoe trip), the Conference Banquet, and extra excursions for Accompanying Persons (may be at additional cost).
