The Conference is being held at the Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country in Rohnert Park, California. The hotel is approximately 60 miles (100 km) north of San Francisco. There is rapid transportation between San Francisco and Santa Rosa airports and the conference site. The room block for the Conference is closed and now all reservations are at the standard hotel rate. The Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country is filling all rooms and they were unwilling to extend the Conference room rate deadline, although they did extend it to May 11 from May 8 which allowed a number of conferees to find inexpensive rooms.
If you reserve a room at another hotel please be aware that the Conference is not providing transportation to and from the other hotels. You will need to have a car, use a taxi, or some of the other hotels have shuttles and often they will provide limited transportation. Most of the other hotels are more than 5 km distant.
